We are excited to host our upcoming Community Egg Hunt on Sunday, March 29th at Jefferson Memorial Park, and we would love to invite you to participate as a community vendor!
We are inviting local businesses to set up a table to promote their services, connect with local families, and help make the event special for our youth. Vendors are encouraged to provide youth-focused giveaways such as small prizes, candy, promotional items, and if you want, maybe a fun activity for children.
Our egg hunt will have a unique format: children will hunt for empty eggs and then visit vendor tables to trade in their eggs for prizes or giveaways. This allows each business the opportunity to interact directly with families and ensures steady engagement at every table.
Please note: The egg hunts move quickly. We will host three separate age-group egg hunts, and each hunt typically lasts just a few minutes. However, families usually arrive early and stay after the hunts to take photos and enjoy the event. We encourage vendors to be prepared for steady interaction within a short window of time.
Event Details:
• Vendor Fee: $20
• A table will be provided for each vendor
• Setup time: 8:30 am -8:45 am
• Event start time: 9:15 am
• Three age-specific egg hunts
This is a wonderful opportunity to gain visibility, support local families, and be part of a fun, family-friendly celebration. We anticipate a great turnout and would love to have you join us.
